Thank you for choosing the AI Producer Event Package

Your Event Package is now active and ready to use. Your login credentials for the service will be emailed to you shortly.

Your package includes 2 AI Producer in Teams licenses. It also includes 2 Microsoft Teams licenses (M365) provided by AI Producer, hosted on our tenant at teamsproducer.com. These are the accounts your productions will be run from. Go to the Admin Portal and log in using your teamsproducer.com credentials. It is in the Admin Portal where you upload your pre-recorded videos, select branding, and configure other production-relevant details. You can stream to any tenant or domain you choose, including your own organization’s Teams environment.

Your 10 Live Productions

Your Event Package includes 10 live productions. In addition, you can run as many rehearsals and training sessions as you need, and these do not count toward your 10 live productions.

To ensure sessions are tracked correctly, name them according to their purpose:

  • Rehearsals: start the production name with Rehearsal_ for example: Rehearsal_Town Hall 2026
  • Training sessions: start the production name with Training_ for example: Training_Town Hall 2026

Any production not prefixed with Rehearsal_ or Training_ will count as one of your 10 live productions.

Please Note: 
Your 10 live productions must be used within 12 months of purchase. Any unused production will expire after that date.
